Personal Operations Management

Our vision of Operations Management (OM) can be described as the art and the science of getting things done, be they tangible products, services, or experiences. One of the learnings in our courses involves the discovery of the «Operations Management Glasses», the development of skills to understand the company and personal challenges from the perspective of OM, and apply OM concepts and frameworks to their analysis and solution approaches. In the session, we will review some key OM principles and see how they can provide intuitive insights into our personal daily situations.
