Leadership & Happiness
Everyone wants to be happier, and leaders want more happiness among those they lead. Happiness has been the topic of intense study over the past decade by social scientists and neuroscientists, and is now entering the world of management and leadership.
In this session, Professor Arthur Brooks from the Harvard Business School will introduce the emerging science of happiness; offer practical applications to improve our own lives; and discuss the best ways to build the science into our leadership styles.
